Spark! Pro Series - October 14th, 2022 - The Spice it Up and Win Contest Spiceworks Originals.I then tried to set the security policy of Inactivity. It does launch the screen saver, but it does not require a password. OK, I am losing my mind here.I have set up GP to turn on screen saver after 10 minutes, and to password protect. How do you get windows to require a password after timeout? Windows. How can these guys NOT have an answer by now. I am paying way too much money for a product I can't use 70% of the time. I also agree with you that you just want to stay with Teamviewer (in that environment), as all of our other users are in there for their computer remote support, etc. My main client has the same iPhone 12 Pro that I do, same OS, same version or TV Quick support, and it crashes on hers when it doesn't on mine. this disconnect happens no matter what iOS or dev ice they are on. And of course the disconnect does not happen on my iPhone, my kids phones, or my assistants phones.Īdditionally. But yet if ANY of you were to do a basic Google search, you would see that tons of people are complaining about this issue".Īnd what's more, to Duplicate ate the issue, I would have to ask the affected client to take time out of their day to help me troubleshoot the issue with Teamviewer, as they want to log into the clients phone with me so they can see it happen. I am like "So, this is the 4th time Ive called in the last year about this, and every time I call you guys have no idea what I am talking about. And now I am starting to get a little deprecating to them. And like you said, Teamviewer support acts like they have never heard of this issue every time I call. I USED to get the "1 minute" countdown error, but not it just disconnects on them. Others disconnect randomly after a few seconds with no error message. SOME clients I can stay connected to for hours. I pay for a corporate license and iOS remote too.
